Itinerary

05:00 - Pick Up Transfer

You will be picked up from your cave hotel/hostel and take you our launch site in the early morning. (Departure time may change according to sunrise time.)

05:30 - Pre-Flight

While you have your open buffet breakfast which includes coffee/tea and snacks, we prepare the balloons on the ground. You will have an opportunity to watch and take photos. The preparations take just 15min.

05:45 - Take-off

Our balloons begin to take off at around sunrise. They rise approximately 1000 feet to show you sunrise and extraordinary views of Cappadocia. Then they descend and float through the valleys, between fairy chimneys and caves which gives you excellent views to take pictures or videotape. The duration of this tour is approximately 1 hour.

06:45 - Landing

Guests will enjoy a traditional ceremony after landing. They can drink a champagne cocktail or fresh juice, eat cake, chat with pilots or take pictures next to the basket, which is decorated with fresh flowers. We also provide each guest a flight certificate that is issued in their name as a reminder of this unmatched adventure.

07:15 - Hotel Transfer

At about 7 am, our minibuses will take you back to your hotel/hostel.

FAQs

• We have free pick up service from all Hotels in Cappadocia towns including Nevsehir, Urgup, Goreme, Uchisar, Cavusin, Avanos, Mustafapasa, Ortahisar and other nearby towns but NOT from Kayseri, Kayseri is not in Cappadocia and 90 km far from Cappadocia.

• Our balloon flights are for 45-60 minutes on air and normally you return your hotel by 08:00 AM latest, so you can schedule your day after 09:00 AM.

• Children under age 6 and pregnant women are not allowed for the flight,

• VAT Included,
• 0-5.99-year-old children can not participate in the flight by the rule of Civil Aviation,
• Discounts are not applicable for children aged 6-12,
• Pregnant ladies can not participate in the ride,
• Flight Permit in Cappadocia Starts with Civil Aviation Permit According to the Compliance of Meteorological Conditions
• Your credit card will not be processed because it will not be guaranteed that the balloon will be able to fly before the flight day.
• In case of failure to perform the flight due to weather and (or) security, all fees will be refunded.
• No penalty for any cancellations received by us until 48 hours before the flight in writing and (or) inform us by phone. Cancellations and (or) non-attendance after this period shall be subject to a full fee within the scope of a last-minute cancellation.
